501 error code "041c"

I just got an error that said "041c" any ideas what this is?

Courtesy of dishmod Yahoo group. Have you tried rebooting the receiver and see if it fixes it?

I am getting this error code 041c on my PVR510, anybody figured out a fix to this?
Changes I did was run ATMEGA patch on FlashEdit, this apparently changed some
code and also changed the IRD # and Box Key.
