4dtv 920 Split Picture Etc.

I'm having problems with a 920 receiver.Constantly rebooting itself,frozen screen on time,picture etc.Now it has a split digital picture and I've tried master reset.I'm wondering if it's the receiver.Can anyone help?

I have heard of 4dtv boxes doing the split picture, but I cannot remember what is the fix. Try unplugging the power cord for a minute while pointed to G-1 (G-15). Let it sit and download new maps and warm up.

920 problems

Thanks for the help.I've solved the problem.I bought a 922 and it works fabulous.I'm sure the 920 wasn't good from day 1 as it was always pretty tempermental.
