A couple of weeks ago my dad's 411 receiver wouldn't produce a picture or accquire the satellite without a manual re-boot of the receiver 50% plus of the times he turned on the system. We notified Dish of the problem and they sent a replacement receiver. We activated the new receiver Tuesday night and it has to be re-booted with the power button every time. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions or have a similar problem before we call back for a service visit? He has a Dish 1000 system that was installed a little over a year ago.
