AZBOX 4.2.2 Video Decoding

What is the availability of DVB-S2 receivers that support 4.2.2 video decoding? I'm currently running a 2011 vintage AZBox Premium Plus.

Is there anything newer out there with 4.2.2 support? Preferably something that allows easy maintenance of transponder lists.

Not really unless you use a PC card.
Some boxes as I am sure you are aware, you can record 4:2:2 and then play it back on a PC, but no live watching.
