3D doesn't work on HWS. Tech support says "known issue" Can DIRT confirm?

I tried to watch a 3D VOD on my HWS for the first time. I have a 3d system and watch 3d bluray in my home theater.

I called tech support and got to the advanced tech support team. The guy I spoke with said that there is a bug in the hopper system preventing 3d from working.

Is anyone else having this issue? Can DIRT confirm? When will this be fixed?

I believe the OP is trying to warch the 3D version on Dish VOD.

I got the pop up. What other info do you want? I have a 3d setup so I called dish. They said it was a bug for hws and 3d vod.

Weird, I'm just curious cause I tried it on my LG and I didn't have any problems with 3d. What kind of TV do you have and what movie did you order?

I watched on VOD. Went on dish account put in number from screen, then free number. Worked fine

I believe he's getting a message saying that the TV isn't 3d compatible.

I have a Vizeo 3DTV . I used one of my certificates to rent Pacific Rim 3D. I got no message about 3D incompatibility. However, I had to go into my TV's menu to select 3d. Then I got 3 3D type choices to select from. I picked Sensio and it worked fine. I then experimented with the other 2 choices. One gave me a double image. The other was also fine. I then tried CC and it was terribly blurred. My Blu-Ray 3D player works fine and automatically interacts with the TV to bring up the 3D choice screen and selects the correct 3D format. It is all manual with Dish VOD.
