I been learning a lot thank you for everybody help.

I have 3 satellites now

I like to have to have 2 stationary and one on a motor.

can I do this with one cable and if so how will receiver know not to move to that satellite when I change the channel on a stationary sat.

simple

receiver-------motor-------diseqc port 1------motorized LNB
--------------------------------diseqc port 2------stationary dish 1
--------------------------------diseqc port 3------stationary dish 2

in your receiver settings whatever dish is fixed you set the motor settings to OFF/disable etc

That was fast

So my stationary sats there is no need to put in the Latitude and Longitude.

Actually, on the stationary sats, you will have the positioner set to Off, so the USALS or 1.2 Diseqc Commands won't engage. And you would set the Diseqc ports up appropriately. That is if you don't want the motor to move to it/them? Which is an excellent idea if the sats are on your horizon or very low in the sky.
