Thanks for the response, however what I need is the original User Manual for the Pansat 3500 or 3500SD. The link goes to the page for the download procedure for upgrading the firmware.

Pansat 3500S Manual

Attached is the manual I was given by another member. It is for the 3500S, but I think the only difference is that there is no memory card with the 3500S. Let me know if this helps.
