322 Purchace / Help

I decided to return my 625 DVR and save some money off my bill as I find myself only using the 942 in the livingroom. I asked Dish to replace it with a 322 and they said they can not and offered me 2 311 instead. I declined as then the 2 extra receivers would have cost me $ 5 each and defeated the purpose.

I have 2 questions :

If I buy a 322 off ebay will any 322 work with my 2 additional TV's and If I decide to buy a DVR instead of the 322 will I be billed for the 5.99 for the DVR?

Yes to both questions. Why did you cancel the 625 receiver? You will be paying the same if you want a dual DVR. If you buy a 508 or 501 you won't pay DVR fee but those are single tuners.
