322 overheating problems ?

I had Dish installed with a 322 and a 522 about a month ago. WE are starting to have problems with the 322. It is overheating. One tuner is fine on the 322 is fine but the other one loses signal. (it isn't the connections I have tried that) As soon as I put a fna on it it re-aquires the signal and everything is fine. Nothing is blocking the reciever as to make it overheat.

Also (off topic) my remote on the 522 has the 5 6 and 9 buttons not working.

I kinda miss DirecTV now ..... SO I guess my question is will they replace the reciever and the remote? I would certainly hope so anyway.

Will I be charged anything since gave me junk equipment?

Actually, the 522 problem is the ONLY thing on topic. This is the DVR forum. Since the 322 is not a DVR, it is actually off-topic. Regardless, it sounds like you have some major issues.
