I'm getting a 311 receiver ,and hooking it up in my daughters room.Problem is LNB only has 2 outputs.I have my 622 and 211 hooked to both now.Do I need a muiltiswitch or can I get another seperator like the one that is in the back of my 622 now and put it on my 211,and run wire form that one to my daughters room?

A separator won't work for that. Each receiver (tuner) needs it's separate connection back to an LNB. You could:
1) Get a DPP44 and run one cable to each receiver (split at the 622 with a DP Separator), or
2) Get a DP34 (I know, they say it doesn't work with a DPP Twin, but it does), and run two cables to the 622, and one to both the 211 and 311.

edit: I was gonna say DP Quad, but that won't work with more than two satellite locations.

You need a switch. Since you have a dual tuner with a dp separator, you'll need a DPP44 switch.

You'll run a cable for each satellite location to the switch and from the switch feed the receivers.
Now do I mount that right next to the Dish? And I guess that still works with the 61.5 satellite?

You can place it anywhere you want but remember that the DPP44 switch uses a power inserter and it MUST be on port 1.

You could also get away with this setup with a DP34 but you'll need two cables going to the 622 and you can't use the dp separator.

With the DPP44 you can have 4 satellite inputs.

There is only one wire running to my Vip622 with a seperator on it,,and one running out the back to feed my 2nd tv. and one wire going to my Vip 211. Only 2 wires are running from the dish right now.So when I add my 311 can't I just run one wire from the switch to my 311 and leave the 622 with one wire wnd 211 with one wire?

You can only use the single wire with Dish Pro Plus like the DPP44 switch or the Dish 1000.2 which has a DPP33 switch in it.. Anything else, like a DP34 switch is going to require that you run two wires to your 622.. DPP44 switch is $150 up while the Dish 1000.2 comes in under $100

The Dish1000.2 is not a big dish.. Only a little bit bigger than the Dish 500.. But to each their own.. DPP44 switch is your only option then if you don't want to run a second wire to your 622..

And even if you don't need the 129 part of the Dish 1000.2 you can hook your wing dish right into the Dish 1000.2 and just cover the 129 LNB.

This is also a ton more work . Now I'd have to take down one dish ,and put up another,Fine tune it and still run another wire anyway. At least with the switch I don't have to break out my ladder and Satellitefinder.

I don't think about little things like taking dishes down and having to remount new dishes.. I do it all day long, so it's nothing to me.. Job hazard I guess..

Sounds like the Dish Pro Plus 44 Switch is the way to go for you..

How big is the Dish 1000.2 In inches.? I want to compair it with my slimline. I mostly care about the sizes,My house is starting to look like the International Space Station, Which dont get me wrong satellites are sweet, but my wife doesn,t think so as much.
