I noticed a couple of nights ago when I turned the tv on the message but didn't really pay much attention to it. It was on again yesterday evening and I discovered indeed I had lost all dvr functionality. So I unplugged the box and plugged it back in. Nothing helped. I called Dish. Fortunately I'm on the home protection plan. They're sending me a new one. I've never heard of this type of error before, but apparently it's just the hard drive that's having the problem. The receiver is working fine. I can watch tv - just can't do anything such as pause tv, skip back, or access my recorded content. Anybody else ever see this problem?
