301 problems

I have a DPP twin going to a 522 and 301. Today for some reason, the 301 is dispalying error 002. It's not getting a signal from 110 or 119. Ny 522 is working fine. I've tried unplugging it,checked the connections,checked the access card. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

You can swap the lines at the ports on the DPP Twin to see if possibly a port went south. Run checkswitch and see what it says.
