2nd TV setup problem on Bell 9242 HD PVR

Hi,

I have just had a Bell 9242 HD PVR installed by Bell. I am running two Standard TV's. Everything is great except the second TV the tech could not get working. It is an old Toshiba that was working fine with a Bell stand alone receiver. This TV only goes up to channel 66 then skips to 94. I have a newer small TV that I took out of our RV that works fine so the receiver is working with two Standard TV's.

Any suggestions for how I can get the older Toshiba to work properly?

Go into MENU, 6, 1, 5. The Air channels are 21 to 69, the Cable channels are 72 to 125.
