I recieved dish network and at the time we were building a new room I recieved the 4 room system with 2 recievers .we now have the other room and I cant figure out how to make the 2nd room tv work how do I attach what coax do I run Help ..They said it would run off of channel 60 where the other is channel 3 but how do I set other tv up to get dish

If you have a 622 (other receivers may be the same) go to:
Menu
6 - System Setup
1 - Installation
5 - Modulator Setup

and here you should be able to set it up?

Good Luck..!!!

If you look on the back of the receiver, you will find a co-ax connector (Type F) labelled 'TV2 OUT'. Run a cable from here to the antenna input of the TV.

You will also need to set the receiver up to be in dual mode. That is done through the menus or from a button behind a door in the front panel, depending on model of receiver. You can then set up the output channel as voomvoom described.

There are a number of other ways of accomplishing this depending on whether you want a better picture, or want to integrate with a cable or OTA setup, but this is by far the simplest method. It should be described in your DISH receiver manual in case this is still confusing.

set up

I know when the guy set up the other 2 rooms he had to do something with the remote that was only for my TV to get it to accept channel 60 to dish but i was not sure how he did this

The two receivers will both be using an RF wireless remote for the second channel output. You need to make sure that they are on different remote channels (1-16). I don't remember what the default channel # is for TV2, but it might not be 60. The installer may have changed it to prevent interference from an over the air channel. You should probably set it to 60 since that is known to be clear.
