248 and 249 aren't coming in! What's going on?

I reset the receiver several times and 248 came back for a little bit but NOTHING on those two channels are coming in now. I haven't checked every channel in my lineup, so I don't know if something else isn't coming in. What's going on and what do I do to get those channels back?

I tried a RBR several times with no luck. I'm having an authorized third party DirecTV dealer come on Thursday. They'll fix whatever the problem is. Weird. My OTA channels even don't work on my DirecTV AM21 but work on my TiVo Roamio and also directly to my TV. What's with that?

If you are having problems with hd, what are your signal strengths on 103ca transponder 12 and 20, and 103cb transponder 12? Are you getting TBS hd on 247? If you mean sd, what are the signal strengths on 101 transponder 11? Are you getting USA on 242?

I don't know. I was on the phone with DirecTV and they think it's out of alignment. I don't know why that would affect my off-air channels though. They come in on my other devices. And about USA, it's coming in.
