22kHz Kills Signal on Multiswitch

I have receiver (A) on and receiver (B) watching both watching non-22kHz LNBs through a 4x4 multiswitch everything is fine. If I change receiver (B) to watch an LNB on the 22kHz side of the 4x4 swtich, the quality goes down on receiver A. I only tested on transponder, but it went from a watchable 30% to an unwatchable 15%.

Is this to be expected? Is this a faulty multiswitch? A cheap multiswitch? It's a Zinwell. Bad connectors?

Try the opposite, "A" 22KHz on and "B" 22KHz off
Also try a different port
