Well, the always giving Brad Penny will be taking the mound tonight. Let's just hope we're wearing our hitting shoes...and Mr. Penny isn't in an overly charitable mood.

The Indians are down big early to the Yankees and the Twins are down big early to the Rangers. The Tigers are even-up with Seattle. Go Tigers!
Too late, Tigers waste another opportunity to catch the Indians, losing to Seattle 3-2 .... while the Yanks pound the Indians 11-2 in the 8th.
Looks like the Tigers will be stepping back into 1st place in the AL Central tonight, with a 7-1 lead going into the 8th inning.

Ric Porcello has been pitching great of late and King Felix go tomorrow, should be a good game as well.
Yep, I'm looking forward to tomorrow afternoon's game. Now the question is, "What to do with Coke and Penny?"
I have no problem with Penny....
IF I were making the call, I would send Coke back to the pen, he was solid and reliable there and let Furbush move into the rotation, particularly seeing he's been a Starter his whole career.

I don't drink pop (i.e., soda for those who incorrectly us that term), but I will drink Vernors when I'm back in the area - it has medicinal properties.
