When I was comparing the ratings of the WC to that of the championship games of our three major sports, people stated that I was comparing early round coverage to final coverage of our sports. I then said that the later rounds will actually go down even more if the US was out and the difference would be even greater. It looks like I was correct.

I will say that the championship game (final game) of the WC will have lower ratings that the early round US games and will be much lower than that of football, baseball, and basketball.

You couldnt be more wrong. Doesnt matter when you have 1000 times more athletes in the country. And a good D lineman in the NFL isnt going to step on a soccer field anyway.

BTW how much money does Ghana spend on Soccer? How much money did their MLS type league pay BecKham to come over and play??? Zero? But they care more?

Why are you only comparing them to a D lineman. Soccer players here go on to be running backs, receivers, defensive backs, place kickers in football, track stars, and outfielder and middle infielders in baseball.
