2009 NBA Playoffs

Thoughts on the Weekends Playoff Action.

1. Boy guess I was wrong about the Eastern Conference, other than the Pistons starting the off-season 4 games early they all have been great series.

2. The Lakers finally took care of business in Game 4, since Utah can't win a road game this series is done.

3. I have a trade proposal for two teams that need a shakeup...The Suns trade Amare Stoudamire and Robin Lopez to the Pistons for Teyshaun Prince and Jason Maxiell. Detroit gets a offensive threat to team with Stuckey and a young shot blocker, the Suns a versatile forward who isn't afraid to play defense and a inside banger.

4. The Spurs are dead, long live the King. :D

Ohhhh, I like that trade a lot! :up Value for value, ya gotta love it.

I will say this, I like Jason Maxiell a lot. I think he has a very high ceiling in this league.

I like the trade, too. I wonder if the salaries would work out.

Well I checked... the only way for the deal to happen would be if Kwame Brown picks up his option for '09-10 season and then is included in the deal. The Suns would take a one-year cap hit for $4 million next season, but would clear $9 million of it's cap from the deal in 2010.

Anyone watching the Heat/Hawks game? It's a good game, but what the hell is that noise coming from the fans in American Airlines Arena? It sounds like they gave out a barrel of monkeys to all in attendance?! I had to turn the surround sound off. It's very annoying!

Denver is in front of the Hornets, 80-48 with about three minutes left in the third IN New Orleans!

I admit it, I was wrong about this Nuggets team. They are very good.

90-53 early in the 4th! Oh my! Hide the women and children! This is getting U-G-L-Y!!

I have Denver going to the West Finals. THIS is why I have them making a deep playoff run.

The Eastern Conference Teams are just beating on eachother. 3 of the 4 series' are tied at 2 games a piece. In the Western Conference, all 4 games are at 3-1 in the best of 7 series.

I just can't get over this final score: Nuggets 121, Hornets 63.

A 58 point victory on the ROAD in a PLAYOFF game........absolutely mind-boggling!

Man, I feel really bad for the Utah Jazz, great bunch of players, especially the way Price and Millsapp played in the 4th QT.
The Los Angeles Losers are well known at blowing up huge leads at HOME! LOL.
Last year Celtics pimp slapped them in the finals in their own home.

Hornets played horrible, such a good team last year playoffs.....this year they look horrible.

It hurts when the Hornets let go of Jannero Pargo, Bobby Jackson and the BIRDMAN.
Plus Morris Peterson is injured....
Their D is so bad, I thought they were playing like some high school kids.
Tyson Chandler is not 100% either, as you can see, their D was just lame and CP3 couldn't get his game going.
@ Denver they are done, hopefully they don't lose by 60 points.

Going back to the Lakers, if they keep closing out games like this, soon it will comeback to bite them!

Utah has had a tendency to not play well on the road (lost in Oklahoma City, and I saw them look pretty outmatched against the Mavericks late in the season.)

This ties the largest margin of victory by a playoff team ever!

New Orleans owes their fans a refund. They actually had to pay to see this massacre?!
