2 LNB's

i have DXL 9100 receiver and i have 2 LNB's on 2 dish's,a while ago some body installed it for me and it was working fine,then i reseted the receiver into the factory sittings and one LNB only works,i also swiched the LNB's so i found out that on side of the swich works no matter the which LNB is conected to it.
sould i change any thing in my receiver sittings to make both LNB's work?
or do i have to buy a new swich?

All I know is its a German receiver. Sounds like it just needs reset to where it was before you went back to factory default, maybe you need to set the Diseqc switch to on?

It sounds like the DiSEqC switch isnt working

Yep, you need to go into the reciever's satellite setup menu and program the diseqc outlet for each satellite. This tells the receiver which port on the diseqc switch to look for the requested channel.
