2 HWS's - Strange Problem receivig a local channel

I have 2 HWS's. On one when I change to 10.0 our local NBC station, I get the info banner and then just a black screen. On the other I get the channel. I've done a power reboot, but nothing changes. Any ideas?

Disconnect the adapter, then rescan after reconnecting.

Did the CST. Every thing checked out. Went back to 10.0 and got reception.

Follow up. It's not in the reception of the channel 10.0. I record the Today show every morning on 10.0. Even if the display on the
TV is black, if I play back the recording, the picture is perfect.
It did it again this morning then after changing a channel, the picture popped up.
