Me and a coworker ordered D* at the same time virtually the same package and installs were 2 days apart. I noticed that we were supposed to get the internet connection kit for D* Cinema, and it was on the order for free and the installer never hooked it up for both of us. We both called today and he got his on the first try mailed to him for free. I called 3 times and got the run around that it was the installers company problem and was told to call them. I called MasTec and they said there installers didn't carry it on the truck that D* was supposed to mail it. So I called D* back a couple of times and finally they set up an appointment for this Saturday. I asked could they mail and they said no. In the end it all worked out I guess but geez how hard is it to do for one what you did for the other.
2 customers, same issue, 2 different results!!

If the installation company set up your buddies, then they obviously have them ...call them back.
