$199 fee for second receiver???

I have an installation scheduled for next Tuesday. I saw on another thread where they want to charge you the fee if you want a second receiver. Nobody mentioned this when I ordered, and btw this will be the third date for an installation for me.

This is only if they have to come back out after the initial installation to install an additional receiver.
