1000.4 pointing for Buffalo, NY?

I am going to be spending some time in Buffalo, NY doing some work I have a spare 1000.4 dish with head, my primary residence is in Virginia. Will I be able to pick up 61.5, 72 and 77 or should I purchase a 1000.2 dish. I fully understand I will not get any local's but I am ok with it, just looking for something to wine down with after long days.

If I need a new dish, can I just get the 1000.2 head (LNBF) and swap it?

Any information would be greatly appreciated looking at the satbeams coverage maps; it should work, but thought I would check with the experts here.

Yes.

1000.2 might be tough that far east. Go with the k.4 eastern arc. If you do get a 1000.2, be sure you do a check switch (menu, 6, 1, 1) so the receiver sees the new sats. If you use the same kind of dish you have at home (k.4), you won't have to check switch.

As long as you have LOS almost due south, you should have no problem. I', about 90 miles east of Buffalo and have a1k4 set up.
