There is a trick...something about some sort of module. Who knows...I have never seen or heard one one but a member on here posted a picture of this thing that will allow 2 rcvrs to run from 1 cable. Regardless, what I would do is run 3 lines from the dish location to the "meet me" point, simply for future use. No one knows what providers will do. Also, people change their minds. 1 line would restrict the customer to no end if the cable was permanently installed. 3 lines from a 1000.4 would allow a switch to be installed and the number of rcrvrs (for a typical house) would be limitless.
Also, ensure that you have a grounding source OR a grounding "stinger" run from the dish location to the "meet me" point with a grounding source at that meet me point. 9 out of 10 times, the meet me point is in a basement near a breaker box, water pipe, etc.
This is what is used on installs by "in house" technicians and has a grounding line attached to it. I would highly recommend using this cable for the dish to meet me point cable run.

If you are building a new home, I would highly recommend running cat6 cable to the same location that houses the rg6 to wherever the internet source will be located. In my home, I have 3 lines ran to my dish location and all pulled to the center of my home. More than half of my home is strung for data and all is in use. My blue ray, "office", Dish rcvr, and my daughters room. Yes, wireless is available...so is hardwiring.
To answer your question, the 3 left ports are the "out" or sate feeds, and the far right port is an "in" port which allows you to tie in a wing dish.
