Don't know if this has been linked in any of the D* forums yet but here is a link to the $100 DVR rebate form that has been talked about for the last couple of weeks.

thanks, my HR10-250 should be here this week

it asks for a D* bill with the activation of the DVR. I dont get a bill, only stuff online. What should i use for this?
