At around 10:45am this moring over 1.2 shares according to the NYSE were cashed in by someone. Could this be Charles Dolan getting his master plan in to gear???

1.2 million shares traded. I don't see where all 1.2 million shares came from one person.

The average daily volume of CVC stock is 2.97 million shares, so 1.2 million traded by 10:45am isn't a big deal. Also, there are no SEC filings that I can see with regard to insider selling of shares.

No, it was about 120,000 at that time... not 1.2 million.
There were no SEC filings of insider trading yesterday (the legal kind), perhaps there will be a posting tomorrow, but company owners' trading has to be reported.
