uh oh. A dispute with Vision Alaska. They own the 3 ABC's in the state and runs the Fox in Anchorage (and is on in Juneau)

Just in time for the NFL playoffs on Fox. Ironic timing. The only losers here are they dish subscribers that are held hostage by Dish and Fox.

so in the last few days folks in Anchorage have lost
-ABC and CW subchannel (dispute)
-Fox (dispute)
-My Network and a subchannel (due to the owner not refiling the must carry paperwork)

ABC is still on in the Anchorage area, just two minor sub-channels in standard def were removed. The info for the channels say "This station elected not to renew its carriage on Dish. Please check your local listings for alternative programming in your area."
