004 Message On my 922

Ok, so I have a 922 and every few days on of the satellite input shows a 004, then when I switch it to the other it is fine input. I do a hard reset it works with no issues. My 612 has no issues just my 922. Now, I have a tech coming out on Wed., but does anyone know why I would have this issue? And I would think that both Satellite inputs would not work if it was a bad cable, so I am guessing it has to be the 922.

It might be the switch at the dish. hopefully the tech will find your problem and correct it.

The tech found what the issue was, one of my flat cable's, every time it got moved the 004 message came up, so it is all fixed!! Thank God.
