is a 0.3db Linear LNB same as Linear LNB?

in order words is this the right kind of lnb for wathing fta with 33" dish.
will 0.3db Linear LNB work for Intelsat 5-the forgien channels?

I have a Digiwave 0.3 Universal LNBF. I have to wonder if this noise figure has any certainty, if the average guy that buys one has no way to verify it.

I've seen some .4's that are better than .3's

but you usually notice a difference (might be minimum)
