0/12V output on Pansat 1500

On the back of my Pansat 1500, there are 4 RCA jacks
video
audio L
audio R
and something that says 0/12 volt

what the heck is that for? (always wondered that)

I believe that's for the auto-skew-rotator gizmo if you have one (and don't have a motor, I guess). But I may be wrong on that.
