    Dish6000 "smart card unauthorized" error?

    I've received this error message twice in the last few weeks for the first time in over three years of being a Dish subscriber. While watching a show, the teal/white error popup will suddenly appear stating "Your smart card is unauthorized...." It then flips back to the video info...
