You might try to manually add the channel. One of my locals went vhf today (KWWL Waterloo) and after rescan, it didn't lock on either. On my 622 there is an option to manually "Add Locals", I entered channel 7 and it locked. But according to the folks over at avsforum, many are losing KWWL...

Ditto here. I've never had any problems with my broadband connection, but got the $5 fee last month. I called to get it removed, and when I did I was still "connected". Today a woke up to the access fee warning. Sure enough "not connected". It has an IP address, but apparently not online.
