I just got a new D* system with two HR24s installed last week. I like to have the playlist sorted alphabetically (A-Z), but neither box is keeping that sort. It works for awhile, but then a day or so later the default sort by date is restored. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I just did this recently. I had an old 522 that is being replaced with a 722 for no cost with a new 24 month agreement. They are shipping the new one for me to hook up myself.

I am having a very hard time getting my remotes to work with any of my DVD players. I have a Toshiba DVD player, and I can get the remote to work on everything except the directional arrow keys. I have tried every code listed. Is there a trick to get the directional arrows to work?

I'm pretty new to Dish and my 722, but I think you can hit record. The window asking if you want to record the remainder of the event will open. You then go to Options. One of the options is record entire event. I think it will then record everything it has in the buffer plus the remainder...

That is my issue as well. Do the CSRs ever give you a hard time? What happens if they find out your service address is not where you say it is?
