I just hit the "back" button and it goes away.

I unplugged the HDMI cable at the tv, then plugged it back in about 10 seconds later. It hasn't happened since.

Since mine updated (hopper3) it "blacks out" about every 5-10 minutes for about a second or two, then comes right back on to the channel I was watching. During these interruptions my TV displays "No signal......" I have restarted the Hopper through the Tools menu. Any other suggestions.

I received H373 update overnight. Haven't had a chance to check and see what has changed. Good luck to everyone.

My Google Assistant on my hopper stopped working about 4-5 days ago. Now, it doesn't matter what I ask it to do, it just pops up a selection of movies or shows. If I say, "Turn off Living room light", I get the same nonresponse. If i say "What's todays weather?", same nonresponse, just icons...

Is there any way to test the HDD in an H3 without removing it?

Ha, I'm not mad at anyone. To my knowledge though, this never happened (to me anyway) before H351. Storms are gone now. If it reboots for some other reason, I'll let everyone know.

Same story different day. Every time it loses signal, whether OTA or DISH, the H3 reboots. Getting tiresome.

Update, Sat. signal returned for about 10 minutes, then total signal loss again. This time I just left that screen on hoping it would reconnect shortly. About 3 minutes later, H3 rebooted again.

Thunderstorms right now, total signal loss. I switched to an OTA station, when it also lost signal, my H3 rebooted.

Mine was updated to 349 overnight, seems to be behaving well, so far.

I have done a soft reset (home,home,home,tools, reset hopper) and after that did a hard reset (remove from power, let sit for a while, and plug back in). After that it did record the programs it was supposed to and it allowed me to watch recorded programs all the way through without stopping...

I am going to be upfront and plead ignorance. Who is paying whom on DISH-local channels? Does DISH pay the local channels to retransmit or do the local channels pay DISH to retransmit?

I, for one, am glad you are on top of things. When I first heard of the dispute, this is the first place I came to try and find the details. Of course, Dish and WEVV will have their own biased versions with some truth and propaganda intertwined. Seems it is always the other guys fault.
