Anyone know of any special offers for current Dish owners who want to upgrade to HD?

I currently have the top 100 channel,package. If i get the HD package will I get all of those extra channels or do i have to have a differnt npackagen other then the 100.

I currently pay $34.99 for america's top 100 and locals plus $5 for an additional receiver. If I were to replace my current dvr receiver with the 622 dvr and got the HD channels with my current package. How much would my bill be affected.
