So as of now the only Hopper receivers we don't know if it can record streaming, is the 1st gen Hopper, or the Wally with an external HDD. I wouldn't be surprised if either one get it enabled, but who knows...

Lyngsat stopped doing updates on the E* birds years ago...around the same time dbstalk site stopped doing theirs ;)

I have (2) HR20's & before I removed them from my account, I disco'd them from the dish. After awhile & even now, while I could still watch DVR'd shows that had been recorded from satellite, none of my OTA recordings would play.

Sorry to resurrect this old post, but it appears HD Net Movies got added to ALL ATxxx packages now - at least according to DISH's online channel package listings. I recalled seeing it on my AT250 pkg over a month ago, but assumed it was just in free preview.

AWE also got added on ch 374, but in SD (considering they're both owned by Herring Networks, not that big of surprise...)

i24 ch 343 & Cheddar ch 354 are now both gone from my HR24, so evidently both are now streaming directly from DTV servers. The only channel left to switch is Tastemade ch 235

Just so I'm keeping all this straight (from previous posts back in Sept) - so i24 will switch from being delivered from a 3rd party server, to delivery directly from DTV servers, correct? Which means it will then be removed from all non-Genie receiver guides? And it's being added to DTV stream...

According to a dealer on Claude's dealer board, SS DOES now work on the H26's. BUT, do be aware that there is NO internal DECA on the sat input...so you'll either need an external DECA on each receiver, or run an ethernet cable to each one. Also, since you're obviously dealing in a commercial...

Since there will be no more 118 sat in a few months, why did they even bother with this re-design of the DPH 42...now that both arcs will only need 2 sat positions for all programing going forward?

It's only a 3rd tier religious channel & is on D* (in SD) as well - probably added as a P/I or pay-to-play channel :rolleyes

You'll get better results going to the local station directly, as they have a more vested interest in their listings being correct, than the TV provider does...

I'm SO glad to see this post...this has been happening on one of my HWS's since this AM, but not on the other, though it was tuned to different channels. On the bad one, I only changed around a couple of channels & it was doing this on all of them, so I honestly thought the receiver was dying...

BUT the skip (codes) were NOT on CBS last night, they were on the cable channels. ;) I suspect auto-hop works similarly the way Tivo commercial skip does - the skip codes apply to each specific show, & NOT the network(s) they appear on. So because there is NO such restrictions on the cable...

Because it was being shown 2 hours later on CBS... FWIW, I counted at least 7 other Viacom networks it was also being shown on simultaneously w/Paramount.
