mike123abc, digi, have you read my post? when I had L448 I had no signals on TP1 (61.5) and now, with L449 I do get a signal and it says wrong sat (110). Any chance that the software is playing tricks with our system?

Last night I got L449 in at least one of my 622. Now I have the "wrong sat 110" in TP1 for 61.5. With L448 yesterday evening I did not.

Is it possible that we are getting different reads for that wrong satellite on TP1 depending on software version? I have a 722 with 449 that shows the "110 wrong sat". I have two 622s with 448 that don't.

I believe what you want can be achieved by going to the Setup, then System Setup (6) and Local Channels (9). Now choose "Chan Display" and select "HD Priority" and "Enable" for DishHD Channels. Select Done (and your new preferences are saved). Cheers,

SteveR, that's my current setup with 2 622 and 1 722. We don't get a good sight of 129 here. So, apparently, and for the time being, those three sats is all you need. Cheers and good luck !

NFL Network had much better sound too here in DC. I get locals in HD both from E* and OTA. NFL sounded and looked better in my TVs (I tried both the LCD w/722 and the older ones w/622). Great game, by the way.

Do these PPV channels (the HD particularly) really generate a lot of revenue for E* or are they truly taking up premium real estate space that could be better used for more national HD channels to satisfy clearly hungry customers (at least in this conversation)?
