Thick pork chops, then fresh ground sausage on the Oklahoma Joe Bronco. First grill cook with it, easy to convert and use. Baked & loaded a potato to go with the pork chop.

Final product

Cooked a 4 lb pork butt about 4 hours in the Oklahoma Joe Bronco between 250F and 270 (choked off till dropped). Used mesquite chunks and some small pecan branches mixed in with briquets. Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, a little bit of slap ya' mama, green chile powder and smoke flavoring...

$2.93 this morning at Murphy's in Lubbock WM+ made it the winner to fill up. $3.03 to $3.19 on the way back.
