I switched about three weeks ago with no problems at all. The CSR was courteous and offered to suspend my account for 6 months if I wanted. The equipment return boxes arrived in a timely manner. I was really surprised it went so easily.

jac was very helpful to me in making the switch from Dish to Direct TV. He answered several PMs to help me find the best possible price. I was ready to make the change anyway, he just made it easier and much cheaper. He is one of the good guys.

This is entertainment. HD DVD and BD combined cost less than taking a family of four to a couple of major sporting events. As others have mentioned, Netflix is cheap and I have had great service from them. I have an HD A20 and a Philips BDP9000 feeding a Sony KDL46XBR2 and am very happy with all.
