    It is true that Best Buy is sold out of the HR20-700. You can call DTV and get one ... the reason for the delay is not that the unit is not available. You may get in install two day after calling DTV CIS for the order. You may have to wait several weeks. Its not that the HR20 is out of stock...

    Its Ok - Your call IS important to them !

    rightsize Its called 'Right-Sizing' with DirecTV not downgrading. They would rather have a customer who can pay their bill as opposed to a customer who is cut off because they can't pay it. They have a 'movers connection' for a seasonal home or a move to a new location. ECHOSTAR SUCKS.

    Why is dish so chinchy with receivers?

    F EchoStar Dish Netowork/EchoStar sucks. I have never had their service but DTV will give you an HR20-700 free for new customers, will cut you a great deal if you are an existing custoemr wanting to upgrade ... and hook you up with R15 DVR's or H20 standard HD receivers for your other TV's...
