I noticed this behavior before as well. Have not seen it since 269. I was also able to get channels 101 & 103. Also could get NASA TV. Seems to have something to do with confusing the decoder for the encrypted signals, as the only channels available were FTA. Another bug to add to the list.

I am most definitely thinking of doing this. I am hoping for an 811 deal for existing subscribers that does NOT require signing up for the HD pack. Right now, there is not enough HD programming available that interests me. I am more interested in receiving my local OTA stations in digital/HD...
