Ok, so how did some folks get installs sooner than 3 weeks? When I called at 7am PST on 4/1, they said it had to be a minimum of 3 weeks? What gives?

Take it for what it's worth, but just got off the phone with a Dish CSR and was discussing programming options, when I asked if he'd heard about the rumor of the promo to upgrade to a 622 and own it and he said he had, but that it wasn't going to start until May. That's all we got to discuss...

Ok, so back to the beginning of this post....regarding the special phone number to call...is it only for Forum members? Besides myself, my father, who is not a member of this forum, is also looking to upgrade...will he be able to call the number even if he's not a member? Tim
