    Downloaded H3 software version H391. It appears the Remote Control Mode Reminder is fixed in both the Hopper 3 and Hopper 3 Plus. You can now turn on or off and it works. Still have black screen on startup and coming out of using the Hopper apps.

    Bobby brittanygarden, that was it. No power to the DPH42 switch caused the issue. We have real bad weather rolling thru the St Louis area and I lost Sat signal. Guide was still available to get to the OTA channels. Good idea Bobby.

    I still have black screen when I turn on my Hopper3 Plus and Joey 4s. Also get black screen after watching an app from the H+ and J4s.

    H390 didn't help me. Just turned on one of my Joey 4s and got the black screen. Maybe it will.get better.

    After I select attach I select the pic I want to attach and then nothing else happens. I have no issue attaching a pic in a new thread.

    Works in my laptop using Chrome. So in my cell phone I cleared SatGuys cache, no go. Installed Firefox, no go. Reboot my cell phone and tried out in Chrome. It worked one time. Tried second time, no go. WTF

    OTA is direct to Hopper3 Plus and also my other Hopper3. What about the guide not available during no Sat signal condition? Could it be from no AC power to my DPH42 switch? See post #9.

    KAB also another feature that still worked with no Sat signal is the PTAT programs.
