hi i have a pansat2500 and a old 12' dish in can i use it to bring in more satelite how do i add more sats is there a program or something to do it

i put a bin pantec ultra bin somehow on this reciever and reciever took it but doesn't work grr my question is how do i make this reciever go back to factory default or reset this reciever
