    Got it, the cleaner program did not work for me so i deleted all drivers with the device manager rebooted and the rest worked like you said. dvbviewer don't work but now i have tsreader working

    Viewsat 9000HD on ebay

    Have the viewsat 9000, it does 4:2:0 quite well, have not been able to get any 4:2:2 menu has blind scan but it wont find anything
