    Have 110, 129, no 119

    I have a Vip211k with a 1000.2 western arc dish. I can get both 110 and 129 signal strengths into the 60's at the same time but cant get anything on 119. I've moved the dish all over the place and still can't receive any signal on 119. Ideas? Zip code is 56278
