    Hi, noob here. How do I go about contacting DIRT to get the 3rd Hopper? I contacted Dish, and they said they needed to send it to the "executive team" and that they would call me in 72 hours. Well, 66 hours later, no response, and I am under pressure to get this installed before the MIL...
