My network administrator just opened all ports an it worked. He did this to see which ports the sling was using. He said the ports it's using were already opened through the proxy and that its not respecting the proxy and trying to go straight through. He thinks there is a bug in the software...

I don't have access to that, but our network administrator has been very helpful trying new things but hasn't been able to get it working. I thought maybe opening up some different ports but not sure.

I can stream on YouTube and other video sites and watch the on demand programs on dish online. Only live tv and my dvr programs won't work.

I'll try it on my laptop tomorrow. I've tried it on my iPhone and my kindle fire with the dish remote access app and it just closes when I try on those devices. Thanks for the suggestion.
