    If you have a Dish Pro Plus Twin LNB like the picture you originally posted, you should not get a check switch that runs 30something checks. In my experience that usually indicates you have a bad connector, barrel connector, ground block, or cable somewhere between the receiver and LNB.

    If there are no possible LOS issues, then I would go through the cable from end to end. I've seen bad barrel connectors, ground blocks, connectors, diplexers, etc... cause funky and intermittent issues on DP and DPP systems. I would just have all that stuff replaced.
